Factory Expo, Laura was nice but when it came down to getting things done. We went back and fourth about the siding required by our County is a grade A. Between Laura and Mary stating, "several times that Every other County they worked with excepted their C grade. We were let down and looked elsewhere! " Luckily we revisited Future Homes in Tacoma.They not only gave us way more upgrades for the the $ .They also take care of everything. So as I learned to see thing through, then do my review..... LESSON LEARNED 😛

The whole process went smoothly. We picked out our Macksburg little manufactured home after looking at many floor plans. The quality was great and the finishes are beautiful. It was supposed to be finished in March, but we got a call from them saying it would be ready in January! Awesome, it arrived home the very first part of February, it’s not quite finished being set us but we love it. It’s very well built and came over the mountains in great shape. A big shout out to Angela, Theresa and Mary for making this process exciting and smooth. It was much more pleasant the my car buying experiences. Thank you Factory Expo.

I've visited most of the Manufactured Home Centers in Oregon and Factory Expo Home Center in Woodburn is by far the best. The large inventory and options are endless and the staff are always smiling and helpful and there is never any pressure. I've worked with Laura Atkinson on a purchase in the past and am currently working on another one. Laura is very detailed oriented, an excellent communicator and extremely patient with her customers. She follows up on your questions and never leaves you hanging. She makes sure they know as much about the homes as possible and she's with you every step of the way. Which does at times create problems realizing it is going to Alaska.There was not a time that I did not recieve excellent customer care. I always received communication back when I called with concerns or things that I wanted to know more about. She left a feeling with me that I was her only customer and was going to do whatever was necessary to make me happy. From first to last, my experience with Factory Expo Homes in Woodburn, Oregon has been a positive experience. I received excellent service, both before and after the sale, from John Graham, Teresa Cranford, and Mary O'Connell. Fleetwood Homes and Chris Fanning came to my aid when the furnace manufacturer tried to reneg on the warranty.My manufactured home is more than I could have reasonably expected given the price I paid. More than this, as a first-timer in this business, their sensible, streamlined process made it possible me to avoid many potential errors and pifalls. There was never any pressure to buy, hard sell tactics, or hidden costs or charges stemming from Factory Expo Homes.I am very pleased with my new home and hope I will be able to retire there in a couple of years. I have no regrets to this point concerning my decision to undertake a project of a kind I have never even thought of doing before.I would gladly recommend Factory Expo Homes and Fleetwood to anyone considering the purchase of a manufactured home.

Once I was put in touch with the correct person things progressed well and were concluded in a professional manner. The sales offer was presented in a clear manner and any fees added or subtracted were explained. In addition, items they knew I would need included for the configuration of use were highlighted to me avoiding changes after the purchase.After my purchase I had a number of questions with regard to details of the purchase and all my questions were promptly answered in a professional manner. We met with Angela Ives back in 2019. She was wonderful and so knowledgeable on the whole process of what we needed to purchase a park model. However at that time we could not swing it for finance reasons. But the education we needed and received back in 2019 helped us know what we needed and would go thorugh this round.Now here is is May 2021 finally with finances fixed we went back. Angela (Angie) was right there again ready and waiting to help us with anything we need. She had answered every question we need answered. She measured things we need to have measured since we live so far away.Email is the way we have been communicating with Angie since we live so far away. Angie respond in timely manner and is clear and precise every time. She asks questions to make sure you are receiving what you want. She is very helpful and caring for our concerns. Provides us with all of the papers and numbers of anyone we need to assist with the delivery of our home.I love how Angie corresponds timely and clearly with great knowledge. We had some problems when our home arrived, a few things were wrong. It took awhile to contact the factory to get things straightened out but they are working on it. I would give the workmanship three stars but have to blame the turnover of workers due to the pandemic and my team are fixing things well. As for there sales team, warranty team, and customer service they make up for it with 10 stars so I will give them a five and think you would be foolish to go with anyone else for a home. I am not saying they are cheep homes, just not the BEST built, then again you are paying the BEST price for what you are getting in my opinion. I love what I got and would do it again in a heart beat.

We bought our park model two and half years ago our sales person was Angie Ives. She has to be one of the best sales person I have met. She did not push anything but allowed us private time to discuss, looked up many things that allowed us to customize our purchase. Our park model is my art studio. Every window looks out the way I want it. I moved the doors so that they fit my needs. I would give Factory Expo Home Center in Woodburn Oregon a strong five star rating. With our housing consultant Angie Ives we were able to Design & Order a beautiful home. Angie helped our family navigate through the many options to design the perfect home. Each time sending me detailed drawings of the finished product. Angie was able to answer so many questions and provided so much information from start to finish including transport to installation. Factory Expo homes also provided the information required by the county that we live in to apply for the permits . Factory Expo homes is also very upfront with their details in ordering, making sure you understand each step of the process. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm a real estate investor and developer doimg business throughout the West Coast of the US, and I was referred to Factory Expo by a friend. I had an opportunity to purchase a tremendous investment property within a 2 hour window, with 1 glaring requirement, I must attach a NEW Manufactured Home to the property for the Sale to be approved by the owners. To me, this was an impossible feat not only because of the time constraint, but also, I know absolutely nothing about Manufactured Homes, the legal, administrative and technical procedures and process. I was apprehensive, nervous, stressed, and worried about everything and everything. But then I called FE and spoke to one of the very best Sales Associate in any field that I've ever had the pleasure to come across and dealt with, Ms. Laura Atkinson. After I briefly explained my situation, Laura simply calmed the storm and boy she was on point on everything, answered every question regardless of how small and seemingly insignificant, she put me through a Manufactured Home and customer service masterclass worthy of much praise. When we were done with our discussion, I swear, I would've bought 2 just for the great experience. From Manufactured Home point A to Z, she covered and conquered. For the 2 hours I was given to close my deal, I bought my first Manufactured Home with Purchase Agreement on hand in about 20 minutes. I can only say that ordering a home was so easy, I knew what I wanted, I got to see the home, and the floor plan I wanted, and they even let me do some changes I wanted.
